The RYR Apprenticeship Program is designed to provide individuals with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills stakeholder engagement. Our program focuses on public relations, communications, and customer engagement, ensuring that apprentices receive comprehensive training and support throughout their journey.
Duration: The apprenticeship program typically lasts for 12-18 months, depending on the specific role and level of qualification.·
Qualifications: Apprentices will work towards achieving a Level 4 qualification in Public Relations and Communications Assistant, which includes both theoretical and practical components.·
Training: The program includes a combination of online theory sessions, live tutor-led meetings, and hands-on experience in real-world projects.
Support: Apprentices will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals within the RYR team, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.

Work Experience
We are a business that is interested in supporting young people who are looking for a work experience placement to help further their educational career. In 2024 we launched our student work experience programme for young people who are aged 17 to 22 years old.
Our student work experience programme is designed to help you learn, develop and discover more about what it’s like to work at RYR.
Our programme is a perfect opportunity for year 13 and university students to gain professional work experience, get an insight into our business and explore the variety of career opportunities available. We’ll inspire you to grow through your experience with us, helping you to develop new skills, build your confidence, make new friends and broaden your professional network.
